What one word can get any kid’s attention? CANDY!!!

In today’s Seuss-inspired segment, we say good-bye to the traditional cake & ice cream found at birthday parties, and go for this sweet treat option instead.  See how to bring character elements into your candy bar by using texture and color that would make even Dr. Seuss say YUM!

Kids will love picking their favorites from the stash, while parents will get a good insiders tip that Lisa will share based on her event planning experience!

If you are looking for other fun food ideas to serve at your Seussical bash, try these picks:

  • Pinwheel Sandwiches – making sure to include colorful cheeses & vegetables
  • Deviled Eggs – mix green food coloring into the yoke before placing it back onto the whites
  • PB&J – cut in triangles with a variety of jelly flavors
  • Jello Jiggles – pick fish, flowers or other creative shapes using a cookie cutter
  • Pudding – use a Vanilla base & add different food coloring to create a rainbow of options
